Hot ROLLED
This flat rolled steel produced from a slab which is put through the mill work rolls to determine the final thickness while at high temperatures.
HOT ROLLED PICKLED AND OILED STEEL
Once Hot Rolled Coils are produced on Hot Strip Mills from Slabs, it can be further pickled to produce Hot Rolled Pickled and Oiled Coils.
COLD ROLL STEEL SHEETS
Cold Rolling is a process through which the Hot Rolled steel sheet or strip after Pickling process is introduced between rollers by application of high pressure at temperature below the re-crystallization temperature.

General exposure to oxygen in the air creates oxide layers (or scales), on the surface of the steel.
Cold rolled close annealed steel coils are made from Hot Rolled Coils. Cold Rolling is a process through which the Hot Rolled steel sheet or strip after Pickling process is introduced between rollers by application of high pressure at temperature below the re-crystallization temperature.
Hot dip galvanizing of the strip is carried out by immersing it in a zinc bath maintained at 460 degree centigrade. The chemistry of the bath is carefully controlled to ensure proper adhesion and formability of the applied zinc together with bright blemish free uniform spangles.
ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) pipes are welded longitudinally, manufactured from Strip / Coil and can be manufactured up to 24” OD. ERW pipe cold formed from a ribbon of steel pulled through a series of rollers and formed into a tube which is fused through an electric charge.

Prepainted Sheet is produced by direct application of a paint (after applying a treatment and, in most instances, a primer) onto steel sheet in a coil-coating line. Coil-line painting can be used to apply a paint coating directly on uncoated steel sheet or on metallic-coated steel sheet.
TMT bars or Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars are high-strength reinforcement bars having a tough outer core and a soft inner core. The very first step of the manufacturing process involves passing the steel wires through a rolling mill stand.

QUALITY STANDARDS
Apart from following the ISO Certification Standards in all our operations we follow benchmark quality standards for processing of Steel Strips at our unit. The Steel processed are strictly as per Technical Delivery Conditions required by the customers in particular or normal course as per the IS, BS, DIN, SAE standards.
